Moliterno P.C. is a boutique law firm that provides legal services to individuals, entities and municipalities on the East End of Long Island. Located on Main Street in Amagansett, the Firm focuses its practice to the towns of East Hampton and Southampton, the Villages of East Hampton, Southampton, Sag Harbor and Sagaponack, and the unincorporated parts of the towns such as Montauk, Amagansett, Wainscott, Water Mill and North Haven.

Attorney Bio - Douglas Viel Moliterno
Mr. Moliterno graduated from Boston College with a degree in Economics and a Minor in Mathematics. He proceeded to study law at the Fordham University School of Law, from which he graduated cum laude. Before Mr. Moliterno started working in the Hamptons, he gained valuable experience while working in the legal, and trusts and estates departments of Fiduciary Trust Company International and Franklin Templeton Investments. He made the transition to the Hamptons by initially working at the law firm of Tarbet, Lester and Schoen in Amagansett, and then Birtwhistle & Gibson in Bridgehampton. Having learned the complexities and idiosyncrasies of practicing law in the Hamptons, Mr. Moliterno has begun offering his personal brand of legal services from his office in Amagansett. He currently serves on the Board of the East Hampton Trails Preservation Society and is an active member in both the Suffolk County and New York City Bar Associations.
He resides in Amagansett and New York City with his wife, Leah, an event planner at the Guggenheim Museum.
